7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to love your Curvana shapewear. If something isn’t right, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Return eligibility
Because shapewear is an intimate, body-worn garment, for health and hygiene reasons items can only be returned if they are:
- Unworn and unwashed (try it on over underwear only)
- With all original tags attached and in original packaging
- Free of stains, odors, makeup, deodorant or signs of use
- Requested within 7 days of the delivery date
How to start a return
Email us at lufeiopera@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item with tags. We’ll reply with return instructions. Please do not send items back before receiving approval.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect (see below). We recommend a tracked service — we can’t refund items lost in return transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping (if any) is non-refundable. You’ll get an email when your refund is processed.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges (sizing)
Need a different size? Start a return of the unworn item (per the conditions above) and place a new order for the size you want, subject to availability. Check our size chart on the product page — if you’re between sizes, size up.
Non-returnable items
Items that have been worn, washed, or have tags removed, and any items marked final sale, are not eligible for return.
